She wanted to know what my “expectations” were at this little powwow,

“We can’t pay our dancers,” She said apologetically,

“I have no expectations. I am just here to dance,”

“We could maybe arrange something…”

“I am just here to dance.”

 

Dancing is my medicine,

This composition of carefully chosen sacred items,

Lovingly gave, Lovingly made,
